The serie The Earth is part of the elements cycle (Rituals), constituated of three other series : The Veils, THE WATER and The Flesh. The earth was the second serie to be realized within the group Noir Limite for their exhibition The Death. It was shown in 1991 at the former slaughter house of the city of Le Havre. A catalogue of this exhibition was published with texts written by Jacques Henric, Bernard Lamarche-Vadel and
Jean-Claude Lemagny.
